         COMPUTER GRAPHICS Unit-I
        Computer graphics applications, graphics systems:
        video display devices, raster scan systems,       
        graphics monitors and
        workstations, input devices, hard copy devices, graphical user interface
        and interactive  input
        methods: user dialogue, input of graphical data, interactive picture-
        construction techniques. Unit-II Output primitives:
        Points and lines, line drawing,
        algorithms, frame, buffer, circle generation and ellipse generation
        algorithms, pixel addressing and object geometry, filled area
        primitives, character generation , antialiasing. Unit-III Two dimensional geometric transformations:
        Basic
        transformations (translation, rotation, scaling), matrix representations
        and homogeneous coordinates, composite transformations (translation,
        rotation, scaling, reflection , shear), transformation between  coordinates systems. Unit-IV
        Three dimensional geometric and modeling transformation :
        Translation, rotation , scaling ,reflection, shear. Three dimensional
        viewing: viewing coordinates, projection ,
        transformation , clipping. Unit-V Visible-surface detection 
        methods: Back face detection , depth buffer, a-buffer, scan
        line, depth- sorting , BSP-tree, area-subdivision method.
